Shipping Cost and Method

FOR SHIPMENT WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:
Our Standard Shipping Method is USPS Priority Mail

Flat Rate Shipping is $9.95, No Matter How Large Your Order!

If you would like to have your order shipped via USPS Priority Express Mail (1-2 day service), please Contact Us, and we will quote you the cost.

FOR SHIPMENT OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:
Important: Your shipping cost will be more than the amount shown at checkout. We will contact you with the correct amount and new grand total for your order and await your approval. For international shipment we will offer you a choice of either USPS First Class Package International (time varies by destination) or USPS Priority Mail International (6 - 10 business days to many major markets).

Orders placed Wednesday after 10am (PST) through Sunday Ship Monday
Orders Placed Monday Ship Tuesday
Orders Placed Tuesday Ship Wednesday
Orders Placed Wednesday before 10am (PST) Ship Wednesday

If your order is placed before 11am PST on Monday and Tuesday (and sometimes after), we will make every effort to ship your order on that same day.

If the scheduled shipping date for your order falls on a postal holiday, your order will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.

Payment Details

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, personal checks, money orders and PayPal payments.
Orders will not be shipped until payment is received and/or verified. Personal Checks may be held for up to seven days until the check clears.
Credit card payments will appear on your statement as "The Silkworm Shop" (our parent company).

Returns

Our insecticidal shelf and drawer paper can be returned (unused and unopened) within 30 days of purchase at the buyer's expense. You will be issued a store credit for the amount of the returned product. The ACTUAL shipping cost WILL NOT be credited.

Order Cancellations

All orders that are cancelled after being placed will incur a $2.50 service charge.
